Channel Credit Rates
Every plan includes a monthly pool of Notify Credits. A single pool covers all channels — what differs is how many credits one notification consumes, because our own delivery cost differs by channel and destination.

How credits are counted
- Credits are deducted per notification accepted for delivery, at the rate for its channel and destination country.
- WhatsApp destinations not listed above are priced per Meta's conversation rates for that country — contact us for a quote before you start sending there.
- Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing month.
- Rates can change when a provider changes its pricing. Published changes apply from their effective date onward and are never applied retroactively.
Transactional only
Bizmitra Notify is built for transactional communication — the messages your system owes a user, such as OTPs, order updates, invoices and alerts. It is not a bulk-marketing platform, and marketing-category sends are not supported. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
