Your Data Rights & Grievance Redressal

We respect your rights over your personal data. This page explains the rights available to you and how to exercise them or raise a grievance with Bizmitra Notify, a product of Drushtant Infoweb Pvt. Ltd..

1. Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act, 2023 (Data Principals)

• Right to access a summary of your personal data and the processing activities.
• Right to correction, completion, updating and erasure of your personal data.
• Right of grievance redressal (see below).
• Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Under the GDPR / UK GDPR (EEA/UK residents)

• Access, rectification, and erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction of, and objection to, processing (including direct marketing).
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent, and not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal/similar effects.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

2. How to exercise your rights

1. Email privacy@bizmitra.io from the address on your account, stating the right you wish to exercise.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.
3. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and tell you if any exemption applies.

You can manage some choices yourself: update your profile in the dashboard, opt out of marketing via any marketing email or account settings, and manage cookies via Cookie preferences.
