Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Bizmitra Notify and forms part of our Terms of Use. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful and reliable for everyone.
1. Consent & opt-in (anti-spam)
- Only message recipients who have given you the necessary consent or with whom you have a lawful basis to communicate.
- Honour opt-outs / STOP requests promptly and maintain suppression lists.
- Comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including India's TRAI/DLT framework for SMS, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, GDPR/ePrivacy for the EU/UK, CAN-SPAM, and similar laws in your recipients' jurisdictions.
- Accurately identify yourself as the sender and provide a valid means to opt out where required.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to send or store content that is:
- Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, or impersonating another person or entity;
- Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Malware, or intended to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems;
- Related to prohibited or heavily regulated goods/services in a manner that violates law.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or buying/scraping recipient lists;
- Circumventing rate limits, filters, quotas or security controls;
- Reverse-engineering, reselling or abusing the Service or API beyond your plan;
- Interfering with other customers' use or the integrity of the Service.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We may act immediately where there is risk of harm, legal exposure, or carrier non-compliance.
