Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions, plans and usage credits purchased for Bizmitra Notify, a product of Drushtant Infoweb Pvt. Ltd.. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

Please confirm the commercial specifics below (refund window, trial terms, non-refundable items) with your finance/legal team before publishing — the terms here are a reasonable default and must match your actual billing setup.

1. Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (e.g. monthly or annually).
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• On cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless required by law.

2. Usage-based charges & message credits

• Charges for messages sent (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) and other usage are consumed as used and are non-refundable once a message has been submitted for delivery to a carrier.
• Pre-purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

3. When you may be eligible for a refund

We may, at our discretion or where required by law, issue a refund in cases such as:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges.
• A verified billing error on our part.
• A material service failure attributable to us that we could not remedy, for the affected period.

Refund requests must be raised within [[7 days]] of the charge by emailing support@bizmitra.io with your account details and invoice reference.

4. Non-refundable items

• Setup, onboarding or one-time fees.
• Consumed message/usage charges and carrier pass-through costs.
• Taxes already remitted to authorities (unless the underlying charge is refunded).
• Add-ons purchased and used.

5. Free trials & promotions

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged. Promotional credits have no cash value.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [[5–10 business days]], subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times. We may deduct amounts owed to us.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing concern. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account pending resolution.
